Frequently asked questions
Pricing & beta
Is it free?
Yes, free during beta. After beta ends there's a single subscription tier with a 30-day trial — no tiered plans to compare against each other.
How do I get beta access?
Beta access is manual/invite-only right now — reach out via the Get beta access link and you'll hear back directly, no waitlist form or automated signup.
What happens to my data after beta ends?
Your account and training history carry over — beta ending is a billing change, not a reset.
Platform support
iOS and Android?
Both, from the same React Native app.
Which smartwatches work?
Any Bluetooth Low Energy device broadcasting the standard Heart Rate Service — most chest straps and watches qualify. On top of that, HealthKit and Health Connect sync, plus native watchOS and Wear OS companion apps, so switching watch brands doesn't mean losing your coaching app.
Do I need a smartwatch at all?
No — the phone app tracks runs on its own via GPS. A watch adds live heart-rate data and a wrist companion, it's not required to use the app.
How it works
How does the plan actually adapt?
It tracks what you actually did against what was scheduled — missed runs, faster-than-expected efforts, and injury/pause windows all feed back into future sessions, rather than a plan that quietly goes stale after week two like most fixed-template apps.
What if I miss a run or get injured?
Injury and holiday-break pauses use the same mechanism: schedule a pause, the plan builds around it, and resuming ramps volume back up gradually rather than snapping back to the pre-pause load.
Does it work with Strava?
Yes — completed runs auto-post to the Strava you already use. This isn't a replacement for Strava's social/segment features, it's built to sit alongside them.
